A 4-star boutique hotel situated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells and just a stone's throw away from the famous Pantiles, are seeking a Chef de Partie to join their talented and passionate kitchen. The restaurant brings a luxury guest experience to the town and has a track record of training and developing staff into senior positions.
The Job Role:
You will be catering for a 2 AA Rosette 70-seat restaurant, a 120-seat function room, bar food and room service. The restaurant serves British dishes using flavours and influences from around the world using modern cooking techniques, seasonality and presentation.
- To ensure that the kitchen operation is run to the agreed standards of service of delivery and remains within set income and expenditure targets.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
