An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts & Commissioning Officer based in Aylesbury to join an expanding company.
As a Contracts & Commissioning Officer will include:
Undertake administrative process of tendering and contract management such as using the Council's e-Tender, Contract Management System and Transport system effectively to maintain accurate auditable records of all commissioning, tendering, evaluation and contract management.
Undertake research and analysis e.g. financial, market sounding and presenting findings in appropriate ways and to support the development of service specifications and work with procurement through the tendering process.
Work as part of a Project Team, conducting efficient and collaborative transport commissioning activity (including providing advice, tendering, evaluation, award & contract management) which is compliant and results in high value adding commercial outcomes
Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders and to ensure customer satisfaction and supplier performance by ensuring adherence to BCCs formal complaint management/review process...
