As a Supervisor you will lead, motivate and develop the Contract team and through them manage and deliver an effective and efficient customer service-focused operation on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll do
You’ll provide the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure that the contract meets the expected service level performance
You will act as the principle point of contact between APCOA and the client for daily operation and service performance
Lead and contribute on the day-to-day management of the service operation and plan for future/one-off special events
Ensure colleagues are trained and fully equipped to fulfil the dynamic demands of their role
You will be responsible for managing daily incidents, with a keen eye on the safety of customers and staff and develop a beneficial relationship to raise and address operational issues
