Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum plus a commission structure
Hours: Full time hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a driven Sales Support - Office Administrator to strengthen the sales team/customer services team for one of the world's largest aircraft parts suppliers based in Slinfold.
With over 35 years' experience in the industry, this successful, family owned business focuses on the supply, loan, exchange and repair of high quality commercial aircraft components worldwide.
In this role you will ensure that all commercial and administrative affairs are handled correctly during the sales process. You will be working closely together with your colleagues of the sales team, and your main job is to provide excellent customer service for our European/Middle Eastern/African and Asian customers.
- Processing orders and directly managing customer requests.
- Providing support to the sales team in pre/post related activities.
- Managing complaints and process Warranty claims/RMA accurately in accordance with rules
