The role of Customer Advisor will be managing a case load of accounts where you will follow a process to achieve the customer requirements.
The company work Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30 have regular evening get together s as well as a performance-based bonus paid at Christmas as well as company perks including Pizza delivered to the office.
The role of the Customer Advisor:
To manage a portfolio of cases for the company clients and make sure the case is manged to the agreed service level.
Provide excellent Customer Service advise to client and customers.
Update the company database accurately and timely.
Process work load in line with client timescales of two weeks.
Ensure all written and verbal communication is written in a business-like manner and is professional always.
