Customer Service Administrator

Location: Hook

Salary: £18k - £20k plus Bonus

On behalf of my client based in Hook, I am seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them at their family owned business on a permanent basis.

The role and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Receiving and processing sales orders using Sage
  • Providing and processing quotations
  • Maintaining the database and develop an understanding of products
  • Being the point of contact for potential companies and book appointments for the Sales Team

To be successful for the Customer Servcie Administrator role you will need:

  • An excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • A great eye for detail and good organizational skills
  • Experience with working on MS Office, SAGE or similar database
