Job Description - Office Manager
Reports to: Director
Responsible for: Office management & administrative support
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
You will deliver an effective and competent level of mortgage administration and clerical support and consistently deliver a high-quality service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships. You will manage all day-to-day aspects of the running of the office and act as a support to the Director, being the first point of contact if the Director is not available.
KEY JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of a team, you will provide a full administrative service including processing of mortgage and insurance applications to various financial institutions, administering new business cases from application through to completion using electronic and online systems; creating documents, updating databases and collation of data.
