Customer service role in e-commerce company based in Bracknell

You will be working for an ever growing e-commerce company based in Bracknell. The company has a buzzing environment with a lot of opportunity.
Your new role
Your role is a customer service based job where you will be required to take phone calls from customers who have queries and issues with products or services. You will be using the oracle system to rectify and record any calls you receive. If the issue can not be resolved over the phone you will escalate issues to correct personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a success in this role you will need to have exceptional telephone manner as well as some customer service experience. You must have the ability to problem solve and be able to work well under pressure.
The shifts will vary between 8am-8pm, each shift will last 8 hours. You may be expected to work on occasional weekends.
What you'll get in return
You will get £10 an hour for this role. There will be parking offered either on site or nearby. If you are successful in this role there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.
