Customer Service Advisor - Bradford
Applicants MUST HAVE a solid and stable background in customer service in a busy environment to be considered. Due to early starts also be able to drive with own transport too or live very local.
Job Type: Full-time - 06.00am to 2.00pm - 40 hours per week - working 5 days per week - this includes every Saturday (with a day off during the week on a rota basis)
Salary starts at £18,720 which will increase to £21,361 after passing probation successfully.
Bank holidays are worked but can be booked off in advance, no holidays allowed in December due to main peak period ( But Christmas day & Boxing day are given as days off as normal )
A local well known fresh produce, delicatessen and specialist ingredients supplier have an excellent opportunity in their Bradford facility for the correct candidate to join their exciting and busy customer service team.
The team collectively handle incoming communications from customers via various platforms which requires fantastic customer service skills, a good understanding of the English language both reading and writing also basic mathematic and essential general office computing skills. This is a busy and varied role with no two days the same.
Ongoing training and support in all areas of the department is given to ensure confidence in all aspects of the role is fulfilled. This position offers excellent scope for development and progression within our organisation.
Handling incoming telephone enquiries
Dealing with customer & supplier complaints in a timely and correct manner.
Processing orders into our bespoke order entry system
Qualifying bonus achievable (based on timekeeping, sickness and overall performance)

Parking is available near site for a weekly deduction of £2.68 from wages if required but the site is easily accessed by public transport.
