Job Description Senior UX Designer Glasgow Please A new opportunity has become available for a talented and dedicated UX Designer within our Rick, Finance and Treasury Technology Team. RFT is a global team of around 4000 whose goal it is to deliver a simplified and standardised architecture across these functions, utilising existing 'best in class' technology components to support the delivery of a robust end-to-end control environment. As a key member of this team, you will focus on the UX design, development and delivery of various initiatives in an Agile operating model. What will you be doing? • Work very closely with the UI developers and Agile Team members to identify strategies for implementation • Proactively identify problems, gather relevant data, perform root cause analysis, evaluate results, consider alternatives and implications, and choose and implement best suited solution. • Self-directed and takes ownership and responsibility of the Tasks and Deliveries entrusted to him/her. What we're looking for: • Strong UX design experience, specifically in Visual Design, Wire-Framing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design • Familiar with design IDE: Sketch, Zeplin, Illustrator, Photoshop • Prototype building and Wire-framing experience • Excellent ability to solve complex problems Skills that will help you in the role: • Experience in user interface design • Experience in Financial Services / Banking environment (optional) • Strong understanding of agile, reiterative design process • Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding • Excellent communication skills and being able to work individually or in a full team Where will you be working?
