Your new role With the right skills, you will be joining the maintenance team to service and maintain various equipment within their portfolio of buildings based in Chelmsford. Responsibilities can consist of; working on both domestic and commercial systems, carry out reactive and planned work, and carry out general tasks to ensure all electrical needs are met. What you'll need to succeed You must have a recognised electrical qualification e.g: City and Guilds or equivalent. You must have a good level of electrical experience & be electrically competent. You will need to be IT literate and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. The successful candidate must be able to use their skill set to solve problems in other areas of the business as well as their own as required.
