Job Description Description We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join us at UBT, a well-established Global Business Advisory Consultancy based in Warwick. UBT provides services to a client base spread across 19 countries in the UK, Europe, North America, Central America and Australia. We provide bespoke services in corporate training, consultancy, accounting and group buying to approximately 3,000 independent family owned organisations. As Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for developing a regional marketing strategy for the UK office aligned to the overall global business strategy and to move us into the next phase of our exciting journey. There will be a key focus on communication to build strategic relationships in order to roll out global as well as regional initiatives. Job Purpose Manage the company's marketing department to develop consumer marketing strategies and campaigns to support and drive sales growth. The role holder collaboratively consults with other UBT business leads to support strategic business needs while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns. Some of your duties & responsibilities... * Work with global marketing to develop the regional marketing strategy on an annual basis * Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets * Develop marketing implementation plans and timelines aligned with marketing strategies * Coordinate all marketing campaigns in the region * Develop, manage and implement a detailed annual marketing calendar - to ensure streamlined processes are in place * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns * Act as a consultant on design, production processes, systems, publications and branding styling & image * Lead and provide direction to the marketing team * Drive continual process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently, ensuring that it is consistently aligned to global requirements * Build and manage the UK marketing budget * Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors Requirements Experience * Typically 5 years plus of experience managing marketing campaigns * People management and leadership experience essential * Experience with preparing and managing budgets * Qualification in Marketing of a related field Competencies * Strong project management skills essential * Comfortable balancing competing demands across the organisation * Strong understanding of digital and social media Personal Attributes * Organisational commitment and always looking for continuous business improvement * Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively * Dynamic, resilient with a positive attitude * Adhere to the business values of Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability and Respect Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am - 4.30pm Benefits * Salary 50,000 - 60,000 * Car allowance or Company Car * Free Lunch, Fruit and Breakfast Every Day * Free Secure Parking * Healthcare Insurance - Family Gold Cover with OneMediFund * Pension scheme * 22 Days Holiday (plus 8 Days Bank Holidays) More
