Competitive salary and excellent benefits; £20,416-£22,684 (dependent on experience) per annum

Main purpose of job
To work alongside the HR Advisor and HR Manager to ensure the delivery of effective HR service to meet Company needs. The HR Administrator will assist the HR function by providing administrative support to the HR Advisor to undertake day to day operational HR activities.

Scope and dimensions

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about HR, with previous experience of providing an effective and professional HR service, the ability to communicate at all levels to meet customer expectations, outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management, workload prioritisation and analytical skills. Previous recent HR generalist administration experience is essential.
