This role is within a hi-tech environment which is constantly pushing boundaries in amazing new ways.It’s a truly exciting time to join this company as it expands globally and join a very busy, friendly HR team where you will enjoy a pivotal role supporting the team.We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator who will –

  • Be the lynch pin, ensuring all systems are up to date, enabling the wider HR team to meet their objectives
  • Manage high end Recruitment - advertising, offer letters, employment contracts, pre-employment checks, on boarding, organising inductions
  • Maximise efficiency and effectiveness of HR using cutting edge technology
  • Coordinate benefit and payroll administration liaising with the payroll provider

As you develop and settle into the role, you will –

  • Interpret, advise and support manages on employment law
  • Coach managers in HR policy and improve their people management practices
  • Assist the Head of HR with a variety of HR projects – updating policies, revamping recruitment process, reward and recognition and more
