The role sits in the Customer Experience Team alongside the Customer Insight, Documentation and Processes teams in the UK Personal Lines business. Working with a broad range of stakeholders the remit extends beyond our personal lines products and into our claims, commercial and global divisions. The role reports in to the Senior Customer Experience Manager, and provides the individual with access to knowledge and skills development not only in customer experience and conduct but right across RSA's extensive range of insurance propositions.
As a Customer Experience and Conduct Risk Information Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
