An experienced Customer Care Advisor sought for an excellent opportunity in West Hull Village.
This is a full and varied position comprising of following the full process of taking the customer's order, right through to organising and arranging delivery whilst providing a first class service.
Duties to include:
* Answering the telephone
* Liaising with the warehouse and drivers
* Tracking and informing customers on delivery
* Dealing with customer complaints and queries
The preferred candidate would ideally have a background in customer care, solid IT skills.
Transport is desirable but not essential due to the location of the position.
