At Outreach Bradford our Care Assistants have one thing in common, they are all very happy! The reason why they are happy is because we value and respect ALL of our staff.
We provide our Care Assistants a friendly, supportive and professional environment for you to do one important thing - put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community. We treat our customers like family; we laugh, we share, we engage and we provide that extra bit of support, just like you would with any family member.
Our 5 longest serving Care Assistants have been with us for 59 years combined! They have stayed with us that long for one simple reason - we are an employer that cares. Our Manager has an open door policy and they are available at any time for a catch up, whether that be to share something positive about a client or to provide advice and support.
We are proud to support our local community and we truly embody the idea of person centred care, and that is the reason why OUR care visits average 30 minutes per client and our Coordinators make sure that you have well planned rotas that are sent in advance.

We support our customers by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories - just like you would with your own family.
