Associ8solutions are currently supporting a well-established Travel origination in the search for a HR Advisor to join their team.
The purpose of the HR Advisor is to provide generalist HR advice and support to Managers and employees in line with the organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
* Provide a HR support to all Managers and employees within the organisation.
* Provide a HR service in relation to; new starters, leavers, maternity, absence, disciplinary, conduct, capability, performance management, grievance and ER issues.
* Assist with projects and development plans
* Rewriting reviews
* Performance management
Qualifications and Experience:
· CIPD qualification. At least level 5
· Awareness of latest developments within employment legislation
