A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Sales Manager/Negotiator to join a thriving team at an established and prestigious award-winning estate agent based in Sheffield.
It's an exciting position that offers daily variety and requires proactive professionalism as you will often be the first point of contact of the company for prospective and existing customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a prerequisite, coupled with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am till 4pm.
As a Sales Manager/Negotiator, your role is to manage a portfolio of residential sales properties and deliver unprecedented levels of customer service to clients. Your priority is to identify potential buyers and negotiate the best possible sale price for your vendors and follow and monitor the sales progression process to successful completion.
If you have gained similar experience in a similar role, this would be advantageous.

o Maintain a close working relationship with new and existing clients and use the most effective marketing tools to help encourage viewings and promote and sell properties
o Negotiating offers to a successful sale and progressing the sale from the offer being accepted to completion.
o Liaising closely with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage lenders and any other agents in the chain
o Making sure administrative records are kept up-to-date before, during and after a sale has been agreed
o To identify further business opportunities relating to conveyancing, mortgage referrals, and survey leads and any other affiliated products
o Carry out any other additional office duties that may be required of you by the Branch Manager
The ideal candidate:
o Minimum 2 years Sales Negotiation experience
o A confident, positive, proactive attitude to dealing with clients along with the ability to work as a team
o Good negotiation skills, the ability to cope under pressure, resilient, self-motivated coupled with the ability to think outside the box.
o Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working within an estate agency business and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
o Knowledge and experience of the sales progression process and liaising with solicitors, surveyors mortgage advisors' builders and contractors.
o Full UK driving license

Option 1 - Basic GBP15,000 potential to earn GBP27,500
Option 2 - Basic GBP17,500 potential to earn GBP23,250
