Job Description The successful Payroll Assistant duties will include but not be limited to - * Payroll processing, input and checks * Manual payment requests * Timesheets upload/updates within agreed deadlines * Check for exemptions/FICO/BACS reports and correct any errors * Run wage variance/recharge reports * Ensure payroll approvals are received within the required deadlines * Balance recharge/wage variance * Produce BACS file to ALBACS * Send P46 file to HMRC via Gateway * Undertake and resolve queries for employees, HMRC and others * Advise management of any areas of improvement in process, system and procedure * Ensure Business compliance North Bristol Payroll Adminsitrator The successful Payroll Assistant will - * Have previous end-end Payroll exposure * Have good IT skills * Have good presentation and communication skills * Have a high level of customer service skills * Be highly organised * Have the ability to work to tight deadlines * Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Have the ability co-ordinate with the wider accountancy team Our client is looking for highly experienced Payroll Administrators to join their team.
