Recruitment Partner Manchester city centre 6-month FTC Salary £40 - 45k If you are an operational Recruitment Partner who likes to take ownership for the high- volume recruitment delivery of a specific business function, we have a great role for you.
Working with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts and fulfilling their recruitment requirements whilst maintaining client satisfaction and best practice. The role: * Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with clients * Manage senior stakeholders in fast-moving, complex environments * Develop accurate hiring forecasts for the Business Unit * Develop an effective sourcing and talent community strategy * Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using relevant sourcing channels to reduce time to hire and increase account profitability. * Develop and maintain strategies to manage candidate pipeline across all stages * Build effective communication channels with hiring managers * Accurate financial forecasting and a deep understanding of the team productivity to enable resource management * Ensure data accuracy and review and analyse data to drive team performance * Work with the senior manager to define the type and level of resources required to effectively achieve delivery * Deliver continuous improvement projects and client specific projects * Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends The candidate: * Experience of managing a high volume of hires across multiple sites * Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management * Experience of developing and delivering high volume recruitment strategies * Experience and understanding of temp/perm hiring and able to oversee the temp to perm process, with a key focus on people engagement though out the process * Expert in behavioural / competency based interviewing (both face-to-face and via the telephone) * Experience working to and achieving demanding targets * Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases * Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work * Track record of managing complex, high-profile recruitment projects and multiple campaigns
