Security Manager – Competitive Salary – Bradford, West Yorkshire The Role 4 Site Security is currently recruiting an experienced Security Manager who can demonstrate excellent man management and customer service skills for one of their blue-chip contracts in Bradford. The role is site-based in Bradford and is Monday to Friday. There is a lot of flexibility on offer: 60 hours (£32,000) or 52.5 hours (£28,000) or a 4-day 48-hour week (£25,600). The successful applicant will have a proven track record in managing a team of security officers or in a similar role with transferable skills. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards. The key responsibilities of a Security Manager include, but are not limited to: Managing a team of 12+ security officers and acting as an onsite point of contact for clients Completing training for new officers, making sure officers are in appropriate posts and carrying out officer one-to-ones Completing all documentation, including incident reports Organising rotation and shift planning, performing handovers between day and night shifts Overseeing CCTV checks on a regular basis The Company 4 Site Security is one of the leading independent security providers in West Yorkshire.
