We are looking for an Office / Accounts Administrator to join a successful Leicester based company.

The Office Administration aspect of the role will include:

- Updating the company databases with client details and purchase orders

- Inputting orders

- Assisting other departments in generation of customer reports

- Incoming/outgoing calls to customers regarding services and queries

The Accounts aspect of the role will include:

- Invoicing clients

- Banking

- Debt chasing

- Inputting supplier invoices and credits

- Payment of supplier invoices

- Dealing with invoicing issues and queries

About you:


- At least 2 years experience as a senior administrator

- Capable of managing a large workload

- Attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task

- Pro-active about keeping organised and efficient
