Hamlin Knight are recruiting for several Administrator /Receptionists & Customer Service Assistants for a well established Coventry based company.
Duties to include :
• Undertake general filing / administration duties as and when required
• Manage the timely and proficient answering, and appropriate transferring of incoming calls through the switchboard.
• Be professional and welcoming at the ‘front of house’ position for all company staff, customers and visitors, whilst dealing with any face to face support requirements
• Provide assistance as required in the booking of meeting rooms / hotel rooms, housekeeping and hospitality.
• Provide administration support on an adhoc basis as agreed by your Manager
• Managing queries and complaints for customers
The ideal candidate will be well organised with the ability to prioritise their work load, have a good telephone manner and communication skills and most importantly be a team player.
