We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join this well respected business who specialise in the engineering sector. Main duties of the role are as follows:
• Processing high volume purchase invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Resolving all queries and enquiries
• Preparation of payment runs
• Updating and maintaining in-house computerised system
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of purchase ledger experience and have the ability to "hit the ground running" as this is a standalone role. In addition, you must have good I.T skills in order to utilise the bespoke system in addition to outlook and Excel.
The company have extremely low staff turnover and provide their employees with excellent benefits to include on-site car parking. In addition, support and training will be provided to the successful candidate in addition to a full handover with the current post-holder.
