Red Rock Partnership Ltd are delighted to be working in partnership with our prestigious clients who are a large independent Pest Control & Hygiene maintenance provider based in Leicester.
They are now looking to recruit a Service Controller to join their Leicester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Controller or someone who has great communication skills or worked within a customer service background, to join a growing business!
* Booking servicing for customers
* Logging details on in house system
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service
* Multi tasking, dealing with more than 1 query at a time
* Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels.
* Good customer facing skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise effectively and work within tight deadlines.
* Computer literate and able to operate Windows based programs.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Flexible and open to change.
* A willingness to meet/exceed customer expectations
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Computer literate, including MS Office
* Experience in Customer Service
* Candidates from a contract services background would be an advantage
* Candidates with extensive telephone experience (call centre’s / incoming calls)
* A natural organiser and high level of attend to detail
Hours and Salary:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am-17:00pm
* £18,500 dependant on experience.
