OB TITLE: Theatre Nurse / Scrub Nurse
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Community Minor Surgery department.
WHO ARE HEALTHHARMONIE
Health Harmonie is an independent company providing NHS community services for Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and for General Practitioners (GPs). We currently work in partnership with a large number of CCGs and GPs to provide community services including Ultrasound, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Dermatology services.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This candidate should be a qualified Nurse with previous experience of working in the hospital setting, either in an operating theatre or an Outpatients department assisting in minor procedures.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be able to ensure smooth running of clinics and the assist the Doctor during procedures.
The ideal candidate would have interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, have the ability to work within a team and on incentive, have good organisational skills to fit in with the running of the clinics.
The Candidate should be able to adaptable to the clinical setting they are working in and set up the clinic appropriately.
The Candidate should be prepared to travel to the various clinic locations.
The candidate should hold a clean driving licence.

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Minor Surgery Experience
- Qualification in teaching and assessing in clinical practice
- Counselling skills
- Extended Independent Nurse Prescriber
- Additional Experience and qualifications related to Minor Surgery
Self-Employed £25.00 per hour
Monday to Sunday
