About the Role: We have a vacancy for you to join an existing friendly team, supporting individuals with a learning disability/mental health condition to lead a full a meaningful life. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, share your experiences and really make a difference to the lives of those we support.

It may be that you want a change, fresh start or just want to bring your skills to Service, where at the same time you can benefit from support and guidance from the management team. There will be an opportunity for you to access our bespoke training package.
The ideal candidate for this post will have experience in learning disabilities and mental health issues (however this is not essential), Within this role you will need an understanding of, medication procedures, safeguarding policies and procedures, motivation skills, be self-motivated, flexible and organised.
About the Service: Rockfield is based in Anfield, Liverpool and is a spacious community based residential home for people living with a learning disability. The home offers intensive support using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) methods.
The home enables and supports individuals to develop their living skills by supporting them with their chosen path, we offer commitment to develop pathways that reflect individual ambitions and aspirations and work towards achieving independence and full quality lives.
