You will need a prior expertise in development of IT strategies, business capabilities are enhanced using digital technologies, accountable for the IT roadmap, being able to plan a clear 3-5 year strategy to meet business ambitions.
You will lead and motivate a high performing business facing IT team ensuring talent management, succession plans are in place. This role will lead the development of solution architecture plans, within Global plans.
A background of proven solution delivery and being accountable for overall IT Change portfolio - budget of around £30M - £40M and teams of up to 100 including 3rd party suppliers.
You will need 10 years+ in senior leadership / management positions to be considered for this role.
