I am currently working with an industry leading Local Authority within the Birmingham region as they seek to expand their management team within the safeguarding service; as a result of this newfound business plan, they are looking for a Team Manager to join them in order to help develop the close-knit team of Social Workers currently practicing in the organisation.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and personal development of a close-knit team of Social Worker’s as they move upwards throughout their career. This will involve using your own professional experience for the greater good and actually using this knowledge to help others within their practice.
