An excellent opportunity has become available for experienced and motivated Residential Support Workers to join a small expanding company with a children’s home in Oldham.
The small homes are for young people with a range of complex needs such as emotional & behavioural difficulties, challenging behaviour, and have experienced trauma and/or abuse.
As a Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for ensuring the young person’s needs are met on a daily basis in a caring and safe environment.
In addition you would be passionate and about the needs of young people you support. You will be a part of a team that is dedicated to raising the expectations of young people by helping them to thrive in a stable environment or stabilise complex conditions.
As a Residential Support Worker you will be required to work shifts including sleep ins, waking nights and weekends on a rota basis. Diploma Level3 in Children’s Residential is preferred but not essential.
