Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (negotiable)
Are you a qualified manager who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and young people?
You will take a lead role in setting up a brand new 4-bed children's home run by a well-established residential care provider, who are committed to providing the exceptional standards of care.
As a committed and organised individual, you will have responsibility for delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home, and all day to day management matters.
As well as highly competitive salary, the company offer a generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and potential for bonus.
You will need a minimum of five years child care experience and hold the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People Services).
