This is the role for you!

I am currently working with a well established care home located in West Leeds. They are looking to recruit up to 3 Deputy Managers to help assist the in the management of both the care homes at this site.

Main Responsibilities-
1. Provide assistance with the management of the day-to-day running of the home.
2. Assistance with the management of service user care
3. Assistance with the management of the premises
4. Assistance with staff management
5. Administration and Finance

Requirement-
*Must have or are working towards Level 5 LMC or equivalent.
*Strong, clear leadership skills and staff management experience.
*Hold a current driving license.
*Minimum of two years experience of working at a senior level in a dementia Care Home
*Good administrative skills and must be computer literate
