Team Support are currently looking to take on additional Mental Health Support Workers across the West Midlands for a wide range of clients including supported living and residential homes.
We are looking for professional Mental Health Support Workers that are sensitive to patients’ needs, can handle issues of diversity and equality whilst promoting positivity to individual concerns and needs.
We welcome applications from Support Workers that can demonstrate empathy, dignity and compassion with each and every patient they work with.
Your role will be dependent on the on individual needs of those you work with but you will always be assisting Mental Health Nurses in the care of patients with Mental Health issues and the necessary treatments set out.
