Position: Senior residential support worker - Children & young people
Shift pattern 24 hour shifts – 1 day on 2 days off
Client Group: Children with challenging behaviour and complex needs
Location: Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield & Dewsbury in West Yorkshire
Experience needed: Experience of working in a children’s home and level 3 in children & young people.
An excellent opportunity has become available for several senior residential support workers to join one of the largest providers of specialist behavioural health services for children in the UK. The young people could have a range of complex needs such as Mental Health, challenging behaviour, attachment difficulties, ADHD or sexualised behaviour. Each home can look after up to 4 young people.
The main duties are to manage the shift and the expectations of young people by helping them through a very difficult time in their lives.
