Customer Administrator

Our reputable manufacturing client is currently looking to appoint a highly organised and customer focussed administrator on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to complete and take ownership of all administrative duties for the department.

Daily Responsibilities

* Paperwork processes and management

* Sales order data inputting

* Managing and updating all relevant internal systems

* Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer’s SLAs

* Updating customer websites with status of ongoing job

* Preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and in line with the agreed internal parts processes

* Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers, including field based staff by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels

* Supporting Engineers

* The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required

Essential Requirements:

* Strong organisational and prioritising skills

* Excellent attention to detail and processing skills

* Ability to work on own initiative

* Able to communicate at all levels

* IT Skills, knowledge of excel, word

* Strong interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions

* Ability to work towards deadlines More
