HR Administrator - Contract Position - Cardiff
Shorterm Group are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator for a Fantastic company based int he Cardiff area.
This is a contract position with the potential to go permanent.
To provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
To support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documentation.
•Assist with day to day operations
•Provide administrative support to the HR team
•Assist with recruitment administrative when required
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
•Deal with telephone enquiries
•Maintain the HR database
•Respond to reference requests
•Create induction packs
•Strong administration experience
•A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, especially Ms Word and Ms Excel.
•Excellent people skills
