An excellent opportunity has now arisen in one of their Global Hub teams within the Cardiff office. They are seeking an individual to manage a portfolio of international claims or a major corporate company. No claims handling experience is required however, a basic knowledge of insurance would be an advantage.
The role will involve working within an experienced team of handlers in a similar role and taking responsibility for your own client. The role will involve registering, triaging and allocating new claims and managing these through to conclusion. Working closely with colleagues around the world to ensure that claims are handled within strict service level agreements.
You`ll already be able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, combined with the ability to impart information and maintain accurate data. You will also have proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally.
Although part of a team, the role will require you to work independently, so the ability to use your own initiative to drive claims from new instruction to conclusion is imperative.
