We are hoping for a resourceful English Teacher or NQT who has a track record of 'Good' or better classroom practice and a wealth of ideas and techniques to maintain positivity in their class. This vacancy is open to an English Teacher who has the ability to recognise issues and the skills to resolve them, allowing all pupils to feel equally involved in lessons. The school's ideal English Teacher would be someone who can ensure all students make excellent progress and who can deal calmly and collectively with behavioural issues.
This English Teacher role involves you teaching as an important member of the well supported English Department. As an English Teacher you will be teaching English classes to KS4 with a department focus on creative and innovative teaching. The ability to teach English to A-Level is desirable. For NQTs and inexperienced teachers you will be developing your talents with the help of numerous opportunities for CPD put in place by a very supportive Senior Leadership Team.
