Team Manager - Young People Services

One Support is the housing, care and support arm of One Housing Group and is one of the largest and fastest growing providers of housing, care and support services across London and the South East.

We require an experienced Team Manager professional who is also an enthusiastic and motivated manager to manage a service in the London Borough of Camden and Westminster. This post-holder should have the ability to set high standards, and provide person centred care that will empower and enable customers to greater independence.

We are looking for an individual who has at least 2 years experience of working with Young People and knows the required quality standards of this service provision.

The successful individual will have the ability to understand financial processes and be business minded, undertake attention to detail in their auditing trails, possess excellent stakeholder liaison skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

As Team Manager you will be responsible for the management of your team and will need to build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders. The post holder will have the ability to grow and develop the staff team to ensure the right skill mix to deliver the required outcomes for this service.
