Job Title - Administrator
Location - Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Contract - 3 Months Ongoing.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with well-developed administrative, call handling and customer care skills to join our administrative team as part of the musculoskeletal (MSK) service.
You will work with the electronic patient management systems including Choose and Book and SystmOne to co-ordinate appointment bookings with patients.
As a first point of contact for patients, you will inform patients of the outcome of their referral and make subsequent appointments or referrals on to other service providers.
You will communicate closely with Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and referrers to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service, in line with Trust policy.
You will have excellent self-management skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.
You will be flexible, motivated and work well as part of a team of administrators.
The post may require travel to other sites across Derbyshire according to service need and therefore the ability to travel is essential.
