SEN Teacher – KS2
As KS2/SEN Teacher you will be expected to be active in demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding and always promoting the well-being of children and young people in the school.
SEN teachers at this school are expected to play an active role within the school, actively modelling an ethos of equality and respect.

For this role you must be an experienced and skilled KS2/SEN Teacher with experience of supporting SEN learners. You must be able to work professionally whilst demonetarising flexibility in a large SEN school.
The school offers exceptional resources and as KS2/SEN Teacher you will be offered excellent CBD and training. As KS2/SEN Teacher you will be utilising confident, experienced graduate SEN TAs and mentors who are all capable to fully support you in lesson planning, delivery and marking. Your responsibilities as KS2/SEN Teacher will include working well with a harmonious team who believe in sharing ideas and helping each other develop their skills. The SLT have developed a different continued professional development for its staff.
This multicultural Specialist SEN provision was awarded good in the most recent Ofsted and was recognised for supporting even the least able pupils across the school. Pupils are aged between 4-18, the majority have a diagnosis of Autism and have moderate to severe communication and learning difficulties, most of the pupils have statements for special educational need.
