This is a full time a permanent role and would be ideal for a Science Teacher at any stage of their career. Should you be an NQT, the school will support you throughout your NQT induction year.
As the successful Science Teacher, you will be exceptionally well supported by a new and enthusiastic Learning Team Leader and a committed team, as you work to raise attainment levels and refine a relevant and engaging curriculum experience.
In your role as the successful Science Teacher, you will need to be passionate about your subject, posses the ability to teach more than one aspect of Science up to Key Stage 4, have the ability to share your outstanding practice and develop other colleagues, whilst also having a creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
In 2015 my client sustained their examination success with 78% 5 A* - C in any GCSE and 60% 5 A* - C including English, Maths and Science. The Science Department enjoyed unprecedented levels of success in 2012 with 78% of students achieving a C grade or better in Core Science and 100% in BTEC Science.
