The aim of Allthetopbananas.com is to develop a friendly and helpful recruitment based search to delight the industry and the job seeker. Already their innovative approach has delivered Boris the Spider. They have many more new ideas in development and on their solutions roadmap!
Before Allthetopbananas.com, Dave ran an Internet Strategy and Development consultancy firm which specialised in online news and classifieds. For 6 years before that, Dave headed up the development of Digital Publishing for Johnston Press PLC. Working at strategic and creative level, achievements in the role included releasing the UK's first property website to plot houses and schools on a graphical map and introducing CV to Job Matching technology generating significant business.
Before the years at Johnston Press, Dave worked on Pilot Technology International Projects with CitiGroup. This covered a wide range of technology, with project spanning Milan, Frankfurt and London.
Experience leading up to CitiGroup included management information systems and call centre technology at Thomas Cook head office.
Dave's entrepreneurial spirit saw him running a small online-only IT specialist recruitment agency back in 1999, when the Internet was still very new and Yahoo was bigger than Google!
