Reporting directly to the HR Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Monitor and record absences, manage holiday requests

Review internal processes where requested and implement agreed changes.

Other HR admin duties, including liaising with the company’s HR adviser.
Run reports, communicate and liaise with managers.
