A new role has become available, working for the Home Office as a Service Level Assistant.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Service Level Manager in the production, management and review of the Service Level Agreements. The Service Level Assistant will also manage the review process and draft the Agreements for customers, ensuring that key internal and external stakeholders are informed of new customer arrangements, in order that they can carry out their duties.
