Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their busy, expanding and down to earth team.
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support, controlling, managing and... coordinating projects from start to finish.
It is crucial that this applicant has previous project coordination experience with the ability to work under pressure prioritising at all times.
Motivation, common sense, organisation and communication skills are required.
Duties:
Coordinate multiple projects
Ensure labour and materials are delivered on time
Order required materials and labour
Maintain communication throughout the project with the Project Manager, Supplier, Engineer
Deal with all support administration
Answer incoming calls whilst
