We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office Manager for a Shropshire based hotel.
The role includes responsibility for :
- To manage the Reception department, ensuring all guests... receive the best possible service.
- To ensure all reception staff receive all necessary training.
- Ensure that every opportunity is taken to maximise room sales.
- To deal with cash, cheques and credit card transactions in accordance with the hotel and company policy, and to ensure that any discrepancies are reported and followed up immediately.
- To assist with keeping costing and staff ... working in a medium to large hotel.
- Have experience working in a similar role.
- Be very hands on, as the role will be very demanding.
