Ambitious, enthusiastic chef de partie required for a privatly owned busy 37 bedroom hotel, restaurant, wedding and confrence venue.
We are a strong team of 4 who have recently recieved 2 Rosettes... for our food and have helped the hotel maintain number one hotel rating in wiltshire on trip advisor.Over the summer we are expecting the michelin inspectors to grade us .
Working 5 days out of 7 , split and straight shifts you will be producing food from quaility local supliers and from our kitchen garden and orchard for our daily changing TDH , seasonal alacarte and function menus. you will be working closely with the Head chef and sous chef in all sections of the kitchen.
They do not have live-in accomodation, you must have your own transportation
