Application Support Analyst working in the Front Office I.T. Support team. The team is trading floor based and provides financial application support across all Business areas (FX, Equities, FI,... Rates etc).
Experience of I.T. support and Service Delivery within a Front Office Investment Banking environment is required. Knowledge of Front Office trade capture, pricing and risk management systems very beneficial - e.g. ION, ORC, Murex, DealHUB etc. Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management process, reporting and toolsets (Remedy, ITIL, JIRA etc) very beneficial.
